Conference Packages Terms and Conditions:

  1. The above packages are strictly based on all official and arranged meals by Sage.
  2. Any additional food and beverage, miscellaneous or travel expenses, visa and insurance cost will be on personal expense.
  3. The accommodation is strictly based on single occupancy room.
  4. All registrations are regarded complete only having made the full payment prior to the conference.
  5. All bookings will be based on first come first served basis, subject to availability.
  6. Full payment must be made upon registration confirmation via PayPal credit card / debit card payment.
  7. Prior booking must be made. Walk-ins without reservations will not be entertained.
  8. All bank charges for the remittance are to be borne by the remitter.
  9. Cancellations made prior to the conference will not be eligible for any refund.
  10. If you are unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegates attending in your place is allowed at no extra cost provided that the replacement details (Name, Company Name, Email, Contact Number) must be sent to SagePartnerSummitAsia2019@rhingle.com.
  11. There will be full cancellation charges for no-show.
  12. Sage Partner Summit official photographers will be taking photographs, recording video or making audio recordings during the Conference. The photographs, videos and audio recordings will be used for Conference related activities including in the promotional material, in both print and electronic format, including on the Internet via Sage website and Social media. I give consent to use my name and images (photos and videos) by SAGE for advertising and publicity purposes.
  13. In paying the conference package fee, these terms and conditions are binding upon the conference.
  14. You will be receiving a separate event registration confirmation email, 7 (seven) days prior to event.
